Instructional Design Philosophy

We are continually learning and growing every day. However, I have found that learners grasp concepts faster, and have better retention, with engaging and interactive project-based learning. I believe that we need to use various design models and theories to increase student knowledge gain and to help learners see how to process the information, change their behavior, and connect what they currently know to the skills they need to attain. By working collaboratively with the subject matter experts, and the end user or with an understanding of the target learner, we can create a course that is effective, engaging, and exciting!
